2023 Dowitcher

The 2023 Dowitcher was barrel fermented and aged 8 months in oak. Its medium gold color is followed by a terrific, medium-bodied, balanced white that has textbook melon and white currant fruits, some spicy, leafy herb, and nutty nuances, terrific overall balance, and outstanding length. An aromatic Rhone varietal from Glenrose Vineyard which sits on indigenous calcareous shale.   A complex and flavorful wine with scents of wild flower, honey and stone fruit. The unique microclimate at this vineyard boasts vibrant acidity and enticing minerality.
