Paloma Bilson – CEO, Proprietor, Vintner

The heart and soul of Dilecta Wines, Paloma Bilson is a visionary leader whose deep love for winemaking is rooted in both passion and precision. As a vintner, she brings an intuitive approach to blending, focusing on the nuances that make each vintage unique. Her dedication to quality and authenticity ensures that every bottle embodies the spirit of Dilecta—bold, expressive, and unforgettable. Whether she's in the cellar perfecting a blend or in the tasting room sharing the story behind each wine, Paloma’s presence is felt in every aspect of the winery.

 

Andre Minassian - General Manager / Winemaker

Born in 1993 in California’s San Fernando Valley, Andre Minassian brings a unique blend of cultural heritage and worldly experience to Dilecta Wines. With Armenian and Portuguese roots, he grew up appreciating the deep connections fostered by food, wine, and community. His passion for wine was ignited during his studies abroad at Universidad Fernando Pessoa-Canarias in Portugal, where he immersed himself in the country’s rich winemaking traditions. From the robust complexity of Port to the vibrant freshness of Vinho Verde, he developed an intricate palate and a deep respect for winemaking as an art form.

Upon returning to California, Andre channeled his experiences into his role at Dilecta, where he now oversees winemaking, the wine club, and tasting room operations. His commitment to creating unforgettable experiences—both in the bottle and in the tasting room—continues to shape the essence of Dilecta Wines.

 

 

Bob Wachob – Tasting Room Educator & Associate

Bob Wachob is the friendly and knowledgeable face that greets guests at Dilecta Wines. With a deep passion for wine education, he transforms each tasting into an immersive journey, helping guests explore the complexities and stories behind every bottle. His ability to connect with visitors and guide them through the nuances of winemaking makes him an invaluable part of the Dilecta experience.
