IMPORTANT DETAILS

By joining our wine club, you are agreeing to two shipments a year with a minimum one year commitment. You are authorizing Dilecta to automatically bill your spring and fall shipments to your credit card that we have on file for you. You are certifying that you are at least 21 years of age. It is the member’s responsibility to notify Dilecta of any address change prior to wine being shipped. Charges incurred or misdirected shipments will be the customer’s responsibility. Dilecta cannot be held responsible for shipments damaged due to weather or the carrier’s negligence. All customers signed up as “pick up” will be shipped to after 90 days of the release of the order. Shipping charges will be charged to the customer’s account.
